How it has been used to date

The ‘Environmental Promoters’ were asked to use relevant parts of the checklist in their workspaces to identify ‘quick win’ opportunities to reduce energy consumption.

User Experience

The tool provides a concise list of energy saving opportunities, which non-expert colleagues have used successfully.

The tool contains a range of issues to identify, some of which are very technical. However, any issues which the user does not understand can be ignored.

Facilities Managers need to be included in the process if this tool is to be used, because there will be issues identified that need their input to rectify.
